Role Overview

• Built and led the developer relations function from the ground up, owning the technical partner lifecycle from first engagement through onboarding, integration, and long-term relationship health.
• Designed and delivered a global hackathon attracting 164 builders, generating 68 submissions and one live product launch.
• Implemented a new CRM and generated 24 qualified ecosystem contacts at Solana Accelerate within two weeks of joining, including senior contacts from Phantom, MetaMask, and Solflare.
• Trained AI agents to automate research, ecosystem intelligence, and operational workflows.
